Founded 11 years ago by Chiara Macchiavello, the brand celebrates Peru’s cultural heritage and natural resources. ESCVDO merges traditional Peruvian techniques with contemporary design, promoting sustainability and supporting local communities.

The brand has created a network of over 400 artisans, 95% of whom are women; 42% are from low-income areas and 62% are supporting their families through their work.

In September 2024, ESCVDO received notable accolades for its sustainable efforts in the industry.
